The Philippine Crocodile is the most threatened crocodile in the wild. In the Philippines, it is strictly prohibited to kill a crocodile, but its status is critically endangered from exploitation and unsustainable fishing methods such as dynamite fishing.Chris Banks (Melbourne Zoo) was responsible for setting up a recovery program in the Philippines for these animals and still works very closely with the Philippines. He's heavily involved in conservation and took the time to share his story.
